What is Domena Power?

Domena Power is a platform for billing and managing electric vehicle chargers. It works in a closed model (for housing communities, hotels, offices, car parks and fleets) and bills energy with no commission on energy sales.

How does Domena Power differ from a public operator?

With a public operator you enter someone else’s network and usually give up a commission on energy sales. Domena Power builds your private, closed system. You set the tariffs and access rules yourself, and all the revenue stays on your side. The infrastructure is yours, not rented.

Can I bill charging for an entire fleet?

Yes. The platform aggregates charging sessions from many chargers and generates consolidated cost and energy-use reports ready for accounting.

Which chargers are supported?

We support chargers communicating via the OCPP 1.6+ protocol. We offer our own M2M SIM cards for communication. We match the specific model to the site and confirm the list of compatible devices during deployment.

What kinds of sites is the platform for?

For housing communities, offices, hotels, and company and fleet car parks. We tailor the solution to the specifics of the site.

What does the deployment process look like?

We start with a short conversation about your needs, then configure the account, tariffs and charging points, and finally train your team to use the panel.

How much does a charger billing system cost?

The subscription starts at 30 zł net per month for the first charger in a group and 10 zł net per month for each additional one, with no commission on energy sales. The first M2M SIM card is included in the subscription. You can find the full pricing on the “System and billing” page.

What does full documentation for a charging station include?

Full documentation covers the technical assessment, the electrical installation design, the signature of a designer with building qualifications and the approval of a fire-safety expert.

Does the project require approval by a fire-safety expert?

In underground garages and buildings subject to fire-safety requirements, the project should be approved by a fire-safety expert.

Do you help obtain community or cooperative approvals?

Yes. We prepare the documentation required by the manager and support the investor at every stage of the process.

When is a UDT inspection required?

A UDT inspection is required for internal and publicly accessible charging stations before they are commissioned. Private chargers are not subject to this obligation.

Do you also install charging stations?

Yes. We provide end-to-end delivery of the investment — from assessment and design to installation, commissioning and service.
